- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- International Shipping: 10-20 business days (delivery times may vary by country)
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: The company is not responsible for any customs or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods only.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
**REMEMBER: Please note that purchasing faster shipping times does not exclude our production/processing time. Shipping times are calculated from the time you receive your tracking number.
